The project integrates education, innovation, and employment generation into a unified ecosystem, positioning itself as a national center of excellence. Total Investment: ₹150 Crore. Project Type: Education + Technology + Innovation Hub. Employment Generation: 800–1,200 direct jobs. Training Capacity: 5,000–10,000 students annually. Break-even Period: 4–5 years.

The project aligns strongly with national initiatives such as Skill India Mission, Digital India, and Startup India. It also qualifies for incentives under the Department of Industries Government of Delhi and Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University.

A. Skill Development Center — Short-term & long-term certification programs. Capacity: 10,000 trainees/year. B. AI Innovation Center — AI labs, Robotics labs, Data science research. C. Centers of Excellence (CoEs) — AI & ML, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Cloud Computing.

D. Startup Incubation Hub — 100 startups supported with mentorship + funding. E. Employment Facilitation Cell — Placement support and industry tie-ups. Infrastructure: Total Land ~4–5 acres, Built-up Area ~4.5 lakh sq. ft. including academic blocks, AI labs, incubation center, auditorium, and hostel.
